Refund/Cancellation

A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the quoted price is required to be paid for the project to be considered started.

Once a project has been completed, the final balance of payment is then due in accordance with our payment terms. There are no exceptions to this, i.e If the client decides to drop the project, as they have commissioned the work and paid a deposit they are still obliged to pay for the work that has been done. Non-payment will result in legal action being taken if necessary.

No refund of any kind will be made after the business requirement document gets duly approved and signed and the deposit payment is made from the client-side regardless of any reason be I change of mind, non-compliance with the terms and conditions, or withdrawal from the project. therefore payment once remitted shall not be returned at any cost until/unless Centrric Innovations Private Limited is in sole agreement.
